The illustrations of Bangu soaring through the night sky are absolutely stunning, and my daughter loves tracing the stars on each page. It's a gentle story about loyalty that sparked a good conversation with my six-year-old.

My kids keep asking for this one at bedtime, and the lesson Bangu learns about loyalty has sparked some really sweet conversations about friendship. The way the story captures that specific place in New South Wales makes it feel personal, like a story passed down with care.

The illustrations of Bangu flying over Wallaga Lake are so vivid they make the story feel alive. I love how it teaches about loyalty without being preachy.
