A Year & A Day Magazine, 第16号 Moon

My kids have been fascinated by the astronomy activities in this issue, especially mapping the moon’s phases. The dark, wintery illustrations perfectly match the long nights outside our window.

The winter solstice activities got my kids outside actually looking up at the sky instead of at screens, and the dark-night illustrations are stunning. My 7-year-old spent a full hour on the moon phase tracker alone.

The moon-gazing theme in this issue is perfect for these long winter nights—my kids have been glued to the pages every evening since it arrived. The content feels rich and thoughtful, not just a throwaway activity book, and it's sparked some lovely conversations about the night sky.
