Grimm's 木針

My 4-year-old loves using this with the wooden spool set — the needle is smooth and the cord is sturdy enough for little hands. It makes threading much easier for her than using just the cord alone.

The needle is just the right size for little hands, and the cord threads through smoothly without fraying. My son has been happily stringing the wooden discs for the past 20 minutes.

My toddler’s fine motor skills have really improved since we started using this needle with the threading discs—the wooden point is smooth enough that I don’t worry about splinters. It’s a simple but perfect addition to the set we already had.
