小飛俠彼得潘

I've read this aloud to my kids twice already and the scene where they fly over the rooftops still gives me chills every time. The way the Darling children's journey to Neverland unfolds feels so magical and timeless, and the mermaids and lost boys are exactly as whimsical as I hoped.

The way Barrie describes the London rooftops glittering below during the flight scene is just magical. My kids were completely captivated by the description of the mermaids’ lagoon.

The opening description of flying over London rooftops hooked me immediately, and the pacing keeps that magical feeling alive through every chapter. I’ve read this aloud three nights in a row now and the kids still beg for “just one more page” about the lost boys and mermaids.
