My First Ostheimer, Natural Dog

This figure is made from solid unvarnished Ash Wood, perfectly rounded and sanded to perfection, to make it suitable for even very small children to play with.

Ostheimer's expressive wooden figures have been loved by children and their parents for more than fifty years, and the collection of wooden toys continues to expand! We know of few toys that have so great an ability to engage and encourage a child's imagination.

Handcrafted in Germany from sustainable European Maple wood and hand-painted with multiple applications plant-based watercolours that are non-toxic and child-safe. Finally they are finished with a organic oil to protect and intensify the colours. Simply one of the world's best quality wooden toy makers.

All Ostheimer toys meet or exceed strict EU safety testing standards.
