Ostheimer Dashond

My little guy has been on every adventure with us since he arrived—he's small enough to tuck into a pocket but sturdy enough to stand up to play. The hand-painted details on his face are what sold me; he's got that sharp, alert look that fits his character perfectly.

I love how solid this little dachshund feels in hand, and the hand-painted details make each one unique. My son takes it everywhere, and it's held up perfectly to being dropped and chewed on.

My three-year-old carries this little dachshund everywhere—the hand-painted details on its face are surprisingly expressive for such a small toy. It's sturdy enough for daily adventures around the house, and I love that it encourages imaginative play without any batteries or screens.
