الأمير الضفدع

The watercolour paintings by Annelise Twentyman are gorgeous—they add a dreamy, soulful layer to the classic Grimm tale. I bought this for my niece and ended up reading it myself first.

The Grimm story itself is a classic, but what really won me over here is how the watercolors bring out a gentle, almost spiritual quality in the frog prince. My kid asked to read it three times in a row last night.

The watercolour paintings by Annelise Twentyman are absolutely charming—they add a dreamy layer to the Grimm tale. I’ve read this story before, but this edition really made me notice the soul qualities mentioned in the description.
